Freedom Oil & Gas, Inc., a Utah exploration company, was founded in June 2002. The Company offers investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of exploration and development opportunities. Freedom's exploration and leasing activities have been focused in areas where world class oil discoveries are now being made. Freedom also provides exposure to low risk natural gas development, with leases in areas with large, proven, but undeveloped gas reserves. With experienced management and advanced technology, the Company continues to position itself with a balance of projects designed to maximize shareholder return.

Freedom currently owns interests in oil and gas projects located in the Central Utah Over-thrust Belt (exploratory project on trend to a recent oil discovery well) and on the Eastern trend of the Arkoma Basin in Arkansas (a replacement well project offsetting a natural gas discovery well). The Company's operations are currently focused on funding and drilling these projects in the immediate future.
